Why this project?
Handling the collection of rent and late fees is an extremely important aspect of property management. To ensure consistent and reliable cash flow, rent must be collected on time every month, and it’s important that tenants understand that. By using this a professional property manager app, the landlord puts a buffer between themselves and tenants, allowing them to be the bad cop who has to listen to tenants’ excuses, collect rent, and handle evictions if necessary.

Future of the project.
Perhaps, I can't speak of property management and home services business. But in the time of production of this application, I hope it can help a lot of individuals out there that face a lot of challenges especially in African countries, home finding and home services agencies can integrate and easily manage their properties. House owners can track the payments they have done set target and budget their expenditures.

Inspirations.
To come with this idea, I had a lot of inspirations and challenges. For example Zillow, Airbnb, Shopify websites have been an inspiration for me to continue building this website. My Father and mother have contributed a lot in the idea. There's still a long way to go, but who knows. Let's wait and see.

Challenges and Limitations.
The main challenge in building this app is time, I had the idea in my second year of college, I had little idea on the tools that I should use. So I started learning the tools that I could use in this project. I started with templates and I discovered they couldn't suffice my needs. I had to go through various frameworks and tools learning for example ( Angular, Bulma, Bootstrap ) before finally settling with the tools that I'm currently using to build apart from that I have had to balance my school life and social etc
